Welcome to MangalKit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MangalKit website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Applicability of Indian Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. Nature of Products
MangalKit provides curated puja and hawan hampers containing items meant for religious and spiritual purposes ("Samagri").
- We do not guarantee specific spiritual, astrological, or material outcomes from the use of our products.
- Items such as Kumkum, Haldi, or Bhasma are strictly for external religious use and are not intended for human consumption unless explicitly labeled as edible (e.g., Prasad/Ghee).
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.
5. Order Cancellation
Due to the sacred nature of the items, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. MangalKit reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the MangalKit website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of MangalKit and protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MangalKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services.
