At MangalKit, we understand that puja samagri must arrive on time for your auspicious occasions. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, methods, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping across India for all our puja hampers.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote areas or the North East region may take up to 7-10 business days.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly on our platform.
4. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at studelixhub@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. International Shipping
At this time, MangalKit only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping for our hampers yet.
