How long does delivery take?

We offer express shipping across India. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2-3 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take 4-6 business days.

Are all items in the hamper pure and authentic?

Absolutely. We strictly source our samagri from verified, traditional vendors. Our ghee is 100% pure cow ghee, and all items are packaged under strict hygiene protocols suitable for sacred rituals.

Can I customize a puja hamper?

Currently, our hampers are curated by Vedic scholars to contain exact prescribed quantities for specific pujas. However, for bulk orders (50+ hampers), we do offer customization. Please contact support.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS and Email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and view live tracking under 'Order History'.

What if an item is missing or damaged?

Because these are sacred items, we pack them with extreme care. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
