Refund & Return Policy

At MangalKit, we deal in sacred items meant for spiritual purposes. Maintaining the purity and sanctity of our products is our highest priority. Therefore, our return and refund policy is governed by strict rules to ensure that no compromised item is ever sent to another devotee.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the religious and sacred nature of the puja samagri (e.g., Ghee, Haldi, Kumkum, Moli), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered. Once a seal is broken, the purity of the item cannot be verified.

2. Exceptions for Refunds/Replacements

We will initiate a full refund or send a free replacement only under the following circumstances, strictly in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

• Damaged in Transit: If the items arrive physically damaged or broken.
• Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a hamper different from what you ordered.
• Missing Items: If specific items listed in the hamper contents are missing.

3. How to Claim a Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under the exceptions above, you must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged/wrong product.
3. Send the evidence to studelixhub@gmail.com with your Order ID.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is approved by our quality team:

• If you opted for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
• If you opted for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a pending order, please log into your account or contact our support team immediately.
